AI CRM for high-volume teams

The CRM that tells your team who to call next.

LeadSquared scores every inquiry the moment it lands, then puts the three accounts worth your rep's next hour at the top of their queue — with the reason attached. Built for teams working thousands of leads a month, not dozens a quarter.

30-minute demo on your own pipeline. Four fields, one page.

1,600+ organisations run their revenue teams on LeadSquared.

  • Aviva
  • LIC
  • Kotak
  • HDFC Securities
  • Practo
  • Bajaj
  • Angel One

The platform

Six products. Here's what each one actually does.

Named things are easier to buy than branded things. The brand names stay — the sentence next to them is what we'd put on the site.

Sales CRM Scores every inquiry, ranks the day's calls, and holds the pipeline the forecast is built from. Inside sales
Field Operations Mobile CRM for reps who work off a phone — geo-verified visits, offline capture, route planning. Field sales
Marketing Suite Landing pages, forms, journeys and attribution — with handoff rules that cut nurture the moment sales engages. Demand gen
Service Cloud Ticketing that routes on account value and contract date, not queue order. Support
Invorto Voice AI. It sits on the call, reads sentiment live, and writes the follow-up note so the rep doesn't. Sales & support
FloStack The gap between your form and your rep: qualifies, routes and books the meeting while the buyer is still on the page. Inbound

Outcomes

Every number here has a customer's name on it.

A statistic without a source is decoration. These are deployments you can ask us about on the call.

+50% More loan sales

Scoring moved the lending team off first-come-first-served and onto likelihood-to-fund.

Poonawalla Fincorp · Lending
10× Relationship-manager productivity

RMs stopped assembling their own call lists each morning and worked a ranked queue instead.

Angel One · Brokerage
1M+ Inquiries handled in a year

Dealer-network inquiries captured, routed and closed across a single automotive deployment.

Automotive · Dealer network

Figures are drawn from LeadSquared's own published customer results. They describe those deployments, not a promise about yours.

Pricing

What it costs, and what moves the number.

Published list prices where we have them, and an honest breakdown of the variables where a quote is genuinely the only answer.

Quoted

Three variables, no mystery

  • Seats — priced per user, tiered from 25
  • Volume — inquiries processed per month
  • Voice minutes — only if you add Invorto
  • Written quote inside one business day

Marketing Pro and Super reflect LeadSquared's published list prices. The Sales, Service and Field figures are not published today — in the concept we show the variables instead of a "Contact us" wall, because a buyer who can price the shape of the deal is a buyer who books the call.

Built for regulated revenue teams.

Lending, insurance and healthcare buyers ask these questions in the first meeting. Answering them on the homepage saves everyone a round-trip.

Book a demo

Bring your worst pipeline. We'll score it live.

Thirty minutes, your own data, and a ranked queue by the end of the call. If the ranking doesn't beat the list your reps build by hand, say so and we'll stop there.

  • Four fields. No multi-step form, no qualification quiz.
  • A solutions engineer on the first call, not a qualifier.
  • Written pricing within one business day of the demo.

Four fields. That's the whole form.

No credit card. No sales sequence until you've had the call.

Concept only — this form is not connected and submits nothing.

Why we changed what we changed.

LeadSquared has the rarest thing in B2B software: a genuinely good sentence about itself. "The CRM that tells you what to do, before you have to ask." Almost everything we did here was getting the rest of the page out of that sentence's way.

  1. 01

The hero can't finish its own sentence

The live headline cycles through "sales teams / marketing teams / service teams / field teams." A word that keeps changing is a claim the page never commits to, and it arrives before any evidence.

ConceptOne fixed line, then the queue itself — the product doing the thing the headline promises.

  2. 02

Six products × nine industries = 54 front doors

Before a visitor sees a concrete claim, they're asked to self-route through a catalogue. That's an org chart rendered as navigation.

ConceptFour questions about the team you run. The product name comes second, as a footnote to the job.

  3. 03

Invorto and FloStack don't say anything

Two of the six products are named in a language only the roadmap speaks. A buyer scanning the nav can't tell whether they need them.

ConceptKeep the brand names, add the sentence. "Voice AI that writes the follow-up so the rep doesn't."

  4. 04

    Strong numbers, floating free

"60% DIY account completion" and "50% more loan sales" are real results scattered across sections with no name attached — which makes them read like decoration rather than evidence.

ConceptOne block, three numbers, each with the customer and the sector on it, plus a line saying these describe those deployments and not a promise.

  5. 05

"10L+" stops a US reader cold

Lakh notation on a page selling to Aviva and a US phone number is a small stumble that costs a big one — the reader reparses instead of reading on.

ConceptSame figure, rendered "1M+". Localise the notation, not the credibility.

  6. 06

Pricing is published for the smallest product only

Marketing Pro and Super carry list prices. Sales, Service and Field — the actual business — go to "Talk to us." The buyer who most needs to build a case internally gets the least to work with.

ConceptPublish what's published, then name the three variables that set the rest. A buyer who can price the shape of the deal books the call.

We do this for a living, usually when someone asks. Tiny Byte Studio designs and builds fast, hand-written sites for businesses that have outgrown their current one. Tiny bite. Massive impact.
